Q1: Will the sponge sink permanently after long time sitting or lying?
A1: We adopt double-layer composite filling. The bottom compression-resistant polymer sponge provides strong support and anti-compression performance, plus 180T aerobic cotton on top for softness. Under normal daily use, it will not form permanent depressions. Just pat the surface lightly after use, the filling will rebound back to full shape quickly.
Q2: Does the lamb fleece shed or pill easily?
A2: Our lamb fleece uses high-density weaving and high-temperature fixed fluff technology. A tiny amount of floating hair may come off when you first unpack (just vacuum once), no continuous shedding afterwards. The fabric is treated with anti-pilling process, daily friction will not create obvious pills.
Q3: How many shapes can this lounge chair turn into? Do I need extra tools to change forms?
A3: No tools needed at all, built-in hidden buckles connect each module, you can split and recombine by hand. It can be adjusted as upright single sofa for reading, fully flat recliner for napping, low soft mat for bay window, small foot stool or combined extra guest seating.

A4: Stable double-layer sponge structure supports maximum weight up to 160KG. Standard size fits average adult to lie flat fully, suitable for napping, watching movies or gaming for long hours.
Q5: Do you accept custom size, fabric or color for bulk orders?
A5: Custom service is available for bulk wholesale orders. We can adjust module size, replace fleece with corduroy/linen, and customize exclusive colors according to your requirements. Single retail orders only support standard orange and gray lamb fleece stock versions.
Q6: Does orange / gray match most home decoration styles?
A6: Dark gray is neutral low-saturation tone, perfect for industrial, minimalist and cool-toned houses. Warm orange adds soft warm atmosphere, ideal for wabi-sabi, Nordic and warm cozy living spaces. Both two colors are versatile and easy to match carpets, sofas and wall colors.
Q7: What’s your quality warranty policy?
A7: We provide 1-year warranty for factory manufacturing defects. If you receive goods with permanent sponge collapse, fabric tearing or loose stitching caused by production problems, please send photos/videos within 7 days after delivery, we will arrange refund or replacement for you. Damage caused by man-made heavy impact, pet biting, improper washing is not covered by warranty.
