Q1: Will the sponge sink permanently after long time sitting or lying?
A1: We adopt double-layer composite filling. The bottom compression-resistant polymer sponge provides strong support and anti-compression performance, plus 180T aerobic cotton on top for softness. Under normal daily use, it will not form permanent depressions. Just pat the surface lightly after use, the filling will rebound back to full shape quickly.
Q2: Is corduroy easy to pill or shed lint? Hard to clean?
A2: We adopt thickened high-density corduroy with anti-pilling finishing process, daily friction will not create obvious pills. A small amount of floating lint may appear when unpacking, which can be cleaned once with a vacuum cleaner, no continuous lint loss afterwards. Dust can be vacuumed regularly; liquid stains can be partially wiped with damp cloth, no full disassembly washing needed.
Q3: How many combinations can these blocks make? Do I need tools to assemble?
A3: Zero tools required, all blocks are independent loose modules. You can stack two blocks into a high single sofa, spread all blocks flat as a full-size daybed, split single blocks as footrests, or connect multiple blocks into a long sectional sofa to match your space demands.
Q4: What is the maximum weight capacity? Can adults lie flat on it?
A4: Stable double-layer sponge structure supports maximum weight up to 160KG. Standard size fits average adult to lie flat fully, suitable for napping, watching movies or gaming for long hours.
Q5: Do you accept custom size, fabric or color for bulk orders?
A5: Custom service is available for bulk wholesale orders. We can adjust module size, replace fleece with corduroy/linen, and customize exclusive colors according to your requirements.
Q6: Do black / gray / off-white corduroy match most home decor styles?
A6: All three are low-saturation neutral tones. Off-white creates warm cozy atmosphere for Nordic/wabi-sabi style; dark gray fits minimalist and light luxury spaces; matte black matches industrial and cool modern decor. All colors coordinate easily with carpets, curtains and sofas.
Q7: What’s your quality warranty policy?
A7: We provide 1-year warranty for factory manufacturing defects. If you receive goods with permanent sponge collapse, fabric tearing or loose stitching caused by production problems, please send photos/videos within 7 days after delivery, we will arrange refund or replacement for you. Damage caused by man-made heavy impact, pet biting, improper washing is not covered by warranty.
